Making AI publicly accessible, accountable, and sustainable, an official side event of the Paris AI Action Summit.
Alongside the Paris AI Action Summit, this side event will focus on the steps needed for public AI systems to advance the common good through public access, public accountability and permanent public goods.
Join the Public AI Network for short talks and interactive discussions, highlighting success stories and strategies for advancing the common good in public AI systems. The event will explore open challenges around governance, funding and the development of public AI. The discussion is open to all those interested in the public AI movement to learn, contribute and connect with potential collaborators.
This event is co-organised with the Stichting Internet Archive (The Netherlands), Aspen Digital (USA), AI Objectives Institute (USA), Public Knowledge (USA), Metagov (UK/USA), Open Future (The Netherlands).
