European Commission – Press release Brussels, 29 November 2018 The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of Fibria by Suzano, both active in the production and supply of wood pulp from eucalyptus trees. The decision is conditional on full compliance with commitments offered by Suzano.
