European Commission – Press release Brussels, 7 December 2018 The European Commission has conditionally approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of Armstrong World Industries’ ceilings business outside the Americas (“Armstrong”) by Knauf. Both companies are active in the production and supply of modular suspended ceilings.
