European Commission – Press release Brussels, 15 February 2019 The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of joint control over Andromeda, Nireus and Selonda, all active in aquaculture, by Amerra and Mubadala. The approval is conditional on the divestiture of a remedy package.
